Taking on too much

Unless you haven’t been here for a while, you may have noticed some older posts and posts from Housewife Hiccups being posted.

I’d offer an excuse explanation but instead I’m just going to say that having 2 blogs isn’t working for me, as much as I wanted it to this time.

I really should stop starting a whole heap of things at the one time. It’s like the time I decided at the spur of the moment that I was going to learn how to play piano, get all the scrapbooks up to date and redecorate the master bedroom – all in the one week.

So, I’m happy to announce that Mummified Times Five is again my exclusive blogging home.

And yes, I know I’m a pain in the a$$!

Remember Housewife Hiccups?

I’ve been umming and ahhhing about bringing Housewife Hiccups back to life and with a bit of positive feedback from some friends on Facebook, I’ve decided to go ahead with it.

If you remember it, you’ll notice it has a brand new look! I kinda can’t remember where I put the disc with the old template on it *blush* For those of you that didn’t get the chance to “experience” Housewife Hiccups, it was my “housewifey” blog. The inspiration behind it was “How to be a Perfect Housewife” by Anthea Turner.

I’m looking for some link love for HH, so feel free to pop on over and grab the HH button. Let me know if you do and I’ll link back to you.

Mummified Times Five will continue as is. The only difference is that the housewifey, menu plan, household product review type posts will now be posted on Housewife Hiccups.

Putting the kids to work

Ordering new business cards, return address labels and other promotional products for my blog has been on my to-do list since moving. I usually order my stuff from vista.com (not a paid plug, it’s just cos I heart them!)

Clicking away, I noticed that they now offer baseball caps which I can get my logo printed on. Hmmm, I wonder how much I’d need to pay the kids to wear them instead of their favourite caps and do some advertising for me *thinking*
