Greasy stains on tea towels

soaking bucket While folding up the clean laundry yesterday, I noticed that some of my tea towels had some greasy food stains on them that hadn’t come out in the wash. So to remove the stains, I soaked them in a bucket of warm water and a dash of Cloudy Ammonia overnight.

The result was very much noticeable.

Cloudy Ammonia is a degreaser and just ate away at the stains. It also works well on blood stains.

  • I will have to get some, can you get it from woolies? My tea towels are horrendous, because I cook so much, they have that disgusting grease marks all over it.
