You looking for me?

If you’re a blogger and you notice in your stats that someone has searched for you in particular, does it freak you out?

No? OK must be just me then.

I check my blog stats once a week. I check to see how the traffic is going and where the hits are coming from so I know which of my efforts to get more visitors to my blog are working and which ones aren’t working. I just skim over when I see that someone has searched for fat burners because I’ve blogged about them in the past but when someone searches for my real name, or ‘mummifiedx5’ or my blog name, it kinda freaks me out. OK not so much my blog name or mummifiedx5 because it means that people are noticing but when they search for me in particular, I can’t help but think who’s looking for me and why?!

Of course if it’s PR peeps or people interested in advertising, then that’s ok ;P

I have that problem a lot, but I don't think they are looking for me, there are just way to many people with my name!

I hope there are pr people looking for you though, that would be awesome.
