I fell in love with my Dyson as soon as I saw it and knew that I HAD to have one. So we got one! My IRL friends can tell you how excited I was about having one – vacuuming twice a day was a sure sign!
Novelty has worn off now, I might add.
With asthma in our family, I needed to buy a vacuum that was bagless.
Now, I thought that my floor was clean. My old vacuum used to work over time sucking up crumbs and goodness know what else off our carpets every day so when I first plugged in the Dyson, I thought it wouldn’t pick up that much because I had already vacuumed that day.
Boy, was I wrong! The suction was so great that it was lifting the carpet! Even after owning it for over 2 years, it still sucks as good as it did the first day I used it! I love that the attachments can be kept on the machine. It doesn’t take up too much room to store it. It’s easy to empty and keep clean. It’s not too noisy (compared to our old vacuum).
Don’t know if I should have been excited that it worked so well and nearly sucked up my whole carpet or annoyed that vacuuming with my old vacuum proved fruitless. Either way, NOW I know that my carpets are clean!
