I know it’s Wednesday but I had problems with our phone line which affected the internet as well.
Another Monday, another week of trying to work out what we’re going to have for dinner. It gets difficult sometimes trying to have something different each week and so easy to just stick to the favourites that I know the family is going to eat.
This week is going to be one of favourites and ease. It’s been too hot too cook and the quicker we can put a meal together and get out of the kitchen, the better!
Monday – oven fried fish and salad
Tuesday – lamb chops, mash potato and veg
Wednesday – spaghetti bolognaise
Thursday – takeaway
Friday – lasagna and salad
