We make one kind of meal for dinner. It can be a typical meat and the veg dish or a pasta dish or chicken and rice or fish and salad. But it is only one meal x 7.
There is no way I (or Bill, depending who’s cooking that night) is going to stand there and make this for this person and that for that person because they don’t like what the main dish is.
I’ve been told by one of my lovely children that “so-and-so” doesn’t have to eat chicken and rice and her mum cooks her some pasta instead. So my lovely child was told that “so-and-so” was lucky that she wasn’t a mummified kid.
This is not a restaurant, people! Did I come to your table and ask you what you wanted to order? No, I didn’t think so! So eat your vegies and shush!
