It’s all Bill’s fault! The change in weather, that is! It was a gorgeous day when Bill and William started putting up our pool. But then the cool change came bringing along with it a thunderstorm.
But after all the whinging I’ve been doing about our pool not being up yet (and those of you who heard me whinging can just be quiet, thanks very much! ;P) I guess I can wait another day to have a dunk in it.
I didn’t realise how big it actually was. I mean, I know it is 15ft round and just under 1m deep but, and Bill will tell you, I have no sense of perspective….apparently.
I’m loving our pool area! Bill finished off the fencing today and has allowed enough space for us to put a table and chairs in there so if the little kids want to have a swim and I don’t, I’ve got somewhere comfortable to sit and watch them.
I want to get a couple of shade sails to create some shade…oh, and a couple pool lounges, some pool toys and a floating drink caddy!
