I was feeling really discouraged about trying to lose weight. I start off with lots of motivation. I watch my portions. I log my exercise. I drink lots of water.
But then I start falling back into my old, bad habits and end up back where I started. Would it be easier just to buy Phentermine to help me get going? I don’t REALLY want to start taking pills or anything. I’d prefer to just eat right and move my butt!
Enough talking about it! Time to DO something about it! If you want to track my slow progress, I’m posting about my weight loss mission on Two Shrinking Sisters, along with my sister who is trying to lose weight also.
