UPDATE: No need to click on the link anymore because the description in the listing has been edited. But it did say something like “It was meant to be for a gift but no longer needed” and she felt the need to tell everyone that I was a size 20/22. Umm, if I’m buying something on eBay I don’t care who it was meant to be for and what size they are. That was just a dig at me.
If you’ve been a reader of this blog for a while or follow me on Twitter, you’d have read that we have had some trouble with some family members.
Imagine my surprise when, while browsing on eBay today, I come across a listing for a dressing gown which had my name AND a cupcake on it. I was going to bid on it until I realised it was a family member selling it.
Not hard to figure out that it was meant to be a gift for me.
And this really makes it look as though they want to fix things, doesn’t it?!
I wanted to clarify that I am not upset that this is being sold. I am trying to prove that even though I have been sent emails like
We love you all with all our hearts and hope that one day things may return to the way they were.
but in the next breath be told that it’s my sister and I that have caused all the problems and need to apologise over and over but the other parties don’t feel like they have to, that I am no longer going to be manipulated and have every right to distance myself and my family from people who are a negative influence.
I know exactly where we stand now, thank you very much.
OF ALL THE BLOGS AND WEBSITES ON THE WWW, NICE TO SEE THAT YOU (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE) STILL FEEL THE NEED TO READ MY BLOG IN CASE YOU MISS OUT ON SOMETHING.
