Obvious symptoms

I clean like there’s no tomorrow.

I can’t sleep at night or even take a nap through the day.

My face breaks out so much that I should buy shares in Triclear or something.

I have REALLY bizarre dreams.

I sleep walk and sleep talk.

That is how I know that I am really stressed out and I should try to put things into perspective by realising how is important in my life and who isn’t.

  • Tell me about it!! I'm the same way and even doing it these days!! Crazy thing is everyone thinks I don't worry and stress and the good thing is I tend to breakout in places not that visible!
  • Stress isn't good for us... I clean and straighten like crazy when I'm trying desperately not to think about something that's bothering me. Try to do something relaxing as soon as you can.
