How do I add a scrolling text box to my sidebar?

I’ve been aske a few times now how to do the scrolling text box like in my “Share My Blog” section of my left sidebar.
It’s just a piece of html coding that you need to copy, paste and add your links 
<a href=”YOUR URL HERE“><img src=”URL OF YOUR BADGE“></a>
<BR>
<textarea rows=”3″ cols=”15″ class=”tiny” name=”1″><a target=”_blank” href=”YOUR URL HERE“><img width=”125″ alt=”YOUR BLOG NAME” src=”URL OF YOUR BADGE” height=”125″/></a></textarea>
