Everyone was occupied so I thought I’d quietly slip into the bathroom to have a shower when……….
“But I washed the dishes last night!”
“The baby hit me!”
“Do we have to go to school on the last day of term?”
“I can’t wait until Aunty Penny’s birthday party!”
“Don’t forget to buy a present for Miles!”
…..and my a$$ got burnt because someone turned the cold tap on in the kitchen!
It’s times like this that becoming an “empty nester” looks VERY appealing! LOL
