As if it’s not enough that we already have one learner driver in the mummified household, next year in March DD15 will be turning 16 and will be old enough to go for her learner’s permit!
And I have already said that there is no way I am going to be getting in the care with either of them until they have their provisional licences. I’m too much of a stress case already without having to sit in the car with them while they’re trying to learn how to drive!
The last time I was in the car with DS16 behind the wheel, all that was going through my head was if my car insurance payments were up to date in case we accidentally had a mishap! LOL
So, DH has the privilege of teaching these two, as well as the driving school that we’re going through to make up the hours they need before they go for their driving tests.
