Have you seen Strawberry Shortcake?

Even though the baby’s 2nd birthday isn’t till March next year, I have already decided that the theme for her party will be Strawberry Shortcake.

I LOVED Strawberry Shortcake when I was a kid! I loved her floppy hat and her little cat. But it seems that it is time that she grew up. She has now replaced her cat with a cell phone and she’s a tween!

I prefer the vintage Strawberry Shortcake and that is what I will be using for the baby’s party theme.

What do you think of the new look?

I prefer the look in between the vintage and the tween. Why does everything have to grow up????

I think the vintage SS is a much better option for a 2 year old too :) At the moment my 16 month old is Dora crazy, so I'm guessing that may be the theme of her party :)

I think the new one is cute. I hadn't seen it until you wrote the post, but I think the vintage one is perfect for a 2 year old's birthday. That should be so fun and cute.

Arthur loves it, even though he's a boy. I suppose at 2 it's not a problem but "Strawberry Shortcake" was one of the first phrases he ever said!
