If you know what’s good for you
The older I get, the more “meh” I feel when it’s that time of month. Not only do I get cranky and sooky, but I get really bad cramps and headaches.
It’s a good thing that the kids (and DH) are learning to keep away from me when Aunt Flo is due to visit but I’m thinking that I’m going to have to look into trying something different to try and get some relief for the cramps.

I remember reading somewhere that progesterone cream is meant to help. I don’t even know if it’s available in Australia, or maybe there’s something similar that I can try.
Any suggestions?

Hmmm… I was reading something about this just the other day. I think the article said try primrose oil. Darn, I wish I could remember. Do a search on that oil and see if it says anything. I know one of the important things the article said was to start treating yourself during PMS to minimize the feelings during Aunt Flo time.

i took st john’s wort capsules for a while and noticed a difference when i was on them. best to talk to your gp first though, as they can screw with other medications
