What’s for eating, Mum?


I haven’t participated in Menu Plan Monday in goodness knows how long and because I’ve got the “get organised” bug again, it needs to include menu planning as well!

This week will look like this:

  • Mon - Chicken Bites and rice
  • Tues - Spaghetti Bolognaise
  • Wed - Lamb chops, mash potatoes and veg
  • Thur - Homemade chicken burgers, chips and salad
  • Fri - Pork sausages, roast potatoes and veg

Baking:

  • choc muffins
  • sugar & cinnamon pita chips
