Are you a Mommy Blogger?

When my two older children were babies, being a stay at home mum/mom was not an option because financially we could not have survived. But when child #3 was born, things were looking better for us so I was able to be a stay at home mum. Then children #’s 4 and 5 came along and while I am still a stay at home mum, finances do get a bit tight so when I found out that I could make money from blogging I knew that this was perfect for me! I had been blogging for almost a year as a hobby and to learn that I could make money from my hobby was exciting!

I could still be a stay at home mum. I could work my own hours, around the children, the husband and the household. I could help supplement the household income and in turn, take some of the financial stress off my DH.

So hearing that SocialSpark will soon be launched to the public is so exciting, I wanted to share it with you all!

Social Spark is a brand new social media site where bloggers and advertisers can network. I’ve been lucky enough to be chosen as one of the alpha testers and I can tell you that it is as exciting as all the hype is making it out to be!

What you do is write sponsored posts, kind of like commercials in between your everyday posts, and you get paid for them. All the links are “no follow” so you don’t have to worry about the whole “selling page rank” fiasco. All the posts are required to have a disclosure so you don’t have to worry that you are deceiving your readers (what other company allows that?!)

If this sounds like something you would be interested in doing, be sure to sign up to the mailing list, so as soon as Social Spark is released, you will be among the first to know!

  1. Hi… I’m Linda, an undergraduate student in one of private college in Malaysia. Currently, in the progress of completing my final year project titled as “Technology integrated Montessori Preschool”.

Thus, I would like to invite every parent that have concern on their children education to join in the open discussion on some issues related to early childhood education.

Would highly appreciate your contribution. =)

P.S. Regards for your little ones =)
