DH has left for work, the 4 older babes have left for school and the baby is about to go for her morning nap. I’m just going to finish tidying up (and thanking God that my house will stay tidy for at least 6 hours until they all come home again!) and then I’m going to start baking.

On the menu for tomorrow’s party is chocolate caramel slice, baby strawberry cupcakes, pikelets and if I have time, choc-chip muffins. I haven’t made choc caramel slice for a long time so I’m hoping it’s going to turn out ok! If I don’t get too engrossed in my baking, I’ll try to remember to take photos as I go.
