I have been working on the template of my new weightloss blog (link found on the left sidebar) and I got thinking about how some people get so obsessed when they are losing weight or doing body building. We had friends who were rock-climbing fanatics. It seemed every time we bumped into them in town, they had just finished shopping at the Workout World and were carrying bags and bags of fat burner powder, prohormones, and other concoctions that they planned to take in the mornings with their breakfast. Personally, I prefer to do it all naturally.
