My grandfather who we call “Dedo” (grandfather in Macedonian) and DD7 have a special bond. It is amazing to watch them. My grandfather cannot speak English very well and DD7 cannot speak or understand Macedonian yet they understand what each other are saying.
My grandfather will be celebrating his 70th birthday this March! It’s been a long while since all my aunts and uncles, and cousins have gotten together so I’m excited that we’re all going to be together to celebrate Dedo’s birthday.
